1. What this is
mypicpins puts photos from your own Google Drive onto a map, and lets you share some of them with other people. You keep your photos in your Drive; we provide the map.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to this.
3. Your photos are yours
You keep every right you already have in your photos. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the narrow, revocable permission needed to display them to you and to anyone you deliberately share a map with. Signing out ends that permission.
4. What you publish
You are responsible for what you make public. Do not publish photos you do not have the right to publish, photos of people who have not agreed to it, or anything unlawful. Remember that a photo's coordinates disclose where it was taken.
We may remove a published map or suspend an account that is being used for illegal content, harassment, or to impersonate someone. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
5. Usernames
A username is yours while your account is active. We may reclaim names that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or are used to abuse other people.
6. Free and Pro
The free tier shows ads on public maps and a small mypicpins.com watermark on your photos. Pro removes both and unlocks additional tools. Pro is billed through Gumroad; their terms cover the transaction itself.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through Gumroad and keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If something goes wrong on our side, email us — we would rather refund you than argue.
7. Things outside our control
The service depends on Google Drive, Cloudflare and OpenStreetMap data. If Google changes what it allows, or is blocked in your country, parts of mypicpins may stop working. We will tell you what we know, but we cannot promise access to services we do not run.
8. No warranty
mypicpins is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of your photos.
9. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to mypicpins is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost photos, lost profits, or indirect damages.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. You may stop using mypicpins at any time by signing out and deleting the mypicpins.com folder from your Drive.
